RH Survey & Design has been created from twenty eight years of local and regional experience in the property industry with expertise
gathered from many different client bases and working environments to deliver a client focused professional service for Building Surveying
and Design commissions.
The principal, Rob Holman, has worked as a building surveyor since 1983 having left college with the desire to work in the property
industry and to become a Chartered Building Surveyor. Experience was gained with private surveying practices, Devon County Council
and The Duchy of Cornwall and a nationwide commercial surveying practice before returning to Devon in recent years.
Experience has been gathered across both residential and commercial portfolios within private and public sector. The expertise gained
enables us to provide you with a cost effective, professional and accessible Surveying and Design back up and support service, whatever
your property related needs may be.
Based in Exeter and East Devon the practice can deliver professional service to the South West region and again is founded on good local
knowledge of all four counties being Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and Somerset.
